Soel is the stage name of Pascal Ohse. He is a French jazz trumpeter and composer. Soel blends elements of classic jazz, electronica with various strains of dub, house and world beat. He chose the west African name Soel to honor his Guinean roots. You could say that his music is modern with a retro feeling. He has contributes for two albums of St. Germain.
