Volta Cab is a music producer from Ukraine. His real name is Konstantyn Isaev and based in Dnipropetrovsk. He is known also as Common People, his other alias, under the Balance Alliance anchor. Isaev's productions go in every direction from beatdown disco to deep techno and from funk-soul to classic house.
