Big Boss Man is an english band, formed in late 1998 and based in Newbury. The members of the group are Nasser Bouzida "The Bongolian" (organ, percussion), Scott Milsom "The Hawk" (bass) and Trevor Harding "Wah Wah Trev" (guitar). Their music is a hip heavy Hammond hybrid of pop, 60's R&B, funk, boogaloo, soul and latin. The debut album of the band was released in 2001.
