Kid Loco (Jean-Yves Prieur) is a producer, DJ and remixer from Hauts-de-Seine, France. He is also known as Kid Bravo and Papa Loco. Prieur started playing the guitar at the age of 13 and played in several punk groups in the early 80's. After that he began involving with music production. Kid Loco has collaborations with artists such as Jarvis Cocker, The Transistors, Saint Etienne, Mogwai, Stereo Lab and more. His music has elements of trip-hop, chillout, electro, downtempo and turntablism. Loco's debut album wa released in 1996.
