Boombox is a music duo from Muscle Shoals, USA, consisting of Russ the Captain Randolph and Zion Rock Godchaux. The two friends are both producers, DJ's, songwriters and musicians. The group founded in 2004. They make music, mixing electronic with vintage rock, blues, funky disco house, dance and psychedelic elements.Boombox influenced by artists such as Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead, Wilson Pickett and Jimi Hendrix. Their debut album 'Visions Of Backbeat' was released in 2005.
