Bibi Tanga is a composer and bassist. He born in Bangui, Central African Republic and raised in Paris, France. He influenced by artists like Fela Kuti, James Brown, Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, Franco and Bembeya Jazz. In 2008 Bibi with producer Le Professeur Inlassable involved with the Selenites band (Arthur Simonini, Rico Kerridge and Arnaud Biscay). Their style is a blend of electro funk, afrobeat, jazz and soul. Tanga's and Le Professeur's debut album 'Yellow Gauze' was released in 2007. Tanga's and Selenites debut album 'Dunya' was released in 2009.
