Supreme Beings of Leisure is an electronic group from Los Angeles. The band formed in 1998 and the current members are Geri Soriano Lightwood (singer, songwriter) and Ramin Sakurai (multi-instrumentalist, programmer). Both started as Oversoul 7 (1996-1998) with Kiran Shahani and Rick Torres and later renamed to Supreme Beings of Leisure. In 2000 Torres and Shahani left of the band. SBL's music is a blend of trip-hop, electro, downtempo, chillout and acid jazz. Their debut album 'Supreme Beings Of Leisure' was released in 2000.
